We are looking for motivated sales professionals for sales in the roofing & restoration industry. We offer training and competitive compensation packages for those who can generate sales and acquire new accounts. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years sales experience (roofing & restoration experience a plus)
• Basic to intermediate computer and smartphone skills
• Ability to climb a ladder to access roofs
• Ability to perform roof and property assessments
• Capable of lifting heavy items and carrying equipment
• Must have reliable transportation with capabilities to transport ladders
• Valid driver’s license and be able to pass background checks
• Flexible schedule
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact prospects.
• Engaging in lead generation and prospecting.
• Tracking and providing reports of leads & prospects.
• Present to prospects/clients from leads and prospecting for the initial presentation.
• Attend networking events/trade shows.
• Attend meetings, seminars/training with proper notice.
• Complete inspections as needed to document, photograph, and obtain all scope notes as necessary.
• Document (written and photographic) property damages and key property aspects and evidence needed for the inspection reports and estimates.
