We started tracking our “employee experience” in 2017. We’re very proud of the progress we’ve made because we believe a good employee experience directly translates into a good customer experience.
We’ve undertaken many initiatives but adding Direct Primary Care through Dr. Delicia Haynes MD and her practice – Family First Health Center – has moved the needle more than anything else.
We pay 50% of the monthly membership fee for our employees who in turn get exemplary primary care with no deductibles and no co-pays. They can also take advantage of telemedicine which saves a tremendous amount of time because they’re not required to take time off to go to the doctor’s office.
On the business side our employees are healthier which has resulted in a measurable increase in our productivity index.
Direct Primary Care has been a huge win for R&R and our employees.
